With your safety being my number one concern, I believe that healing begins when you choose where you receive your care. I know just how important it is to understand the way that culture shapes your experiences, how you understand yourself and the world around you. I incorporate that lens to ensure your therapeutic space is what you want it to be and to affirm the person that you are -- as you are.

15-Minute Consultation
$0
During this phone call we'll discuss my current availability, payment options (self-pay or insurance), how to complete intake forms, a brief discussion of your reason for seeking therapy, and answering any general questions you may have. Please discuss any needs/concerns for continuing with therapy during the consultation.
Individual Counseling
$175 per session
~Accepting Adults Only~
Sessions are held on a weekly or bi-weekly basis telehealth and in-person options available.
All intake forms must be complete prior to official scheduling.
Group Skills Sessions
Not available at this time.
Cost per session will be set when sessions begin.
Sessions will be held on a Monthly basis, in-person only. Frequency dependent upon rate of participation.
