Do you offer in-person or virtual?

I offer both! It is my hope to meet you where you are. Ask for best availability fit.

Do your services have a spiritual aspect?

Though the office is located inside a church building, it is not something that we have to incorporate in your sessions. Your sessions are about you, what you need, and what will help you feel safe. If you want to incorporate your spiritual practices, we can. If not, we won't.

Is therapy right for me?

It most definitely can be! At Sanctuary, I am not here to "just make money". If we feel this therapeutic method isn't the best fit, I am happy to talk with you about and/or refer you to other options. It's about supporting you in the best way that I can.
