Method

           I employ a trauma informed approach in my therapy sessions, focusing on the unique needs of each individual. I utilize techniques derived from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and other mindfulness practices to help clients identify and challenge thought patterns.
